What to do with a bowl of leftover roasted veggies? Buy some pizza dough, slather 'em up on top, add some thinly sliced
truffled chicken sausage (happy holidays) and torn fresh
mozzarella cheese. Throw it into a 400F oven for about 10 minutes or so and top with torn arugula.
