This dish, courtesy of Saveur, is going to have to become a reality at some point this weekend. 80 degrees and cloudless skies, rooftop, a plate of this marinated shrimp with feta and mint salad, and an ice cold glass of Chardonnay and I dare someone to make me a happier girl. Seriously though.
